How cross-border regions and cities will accelerate the Digital Decade

Living-in.EU will be present at the #EURegionsWeek 2023 and will organise a political lab session on "How cross-border regions and cities will accelerate the Digital Decade".

The goal of the session is to imagine a Europe without borders in which daily life of citizens is supported by seamless digital services and Local Digital Twins will enable cross-border interoperable infrastructure. But what are the challenges that we face? And what solutions are there?

DT4REGIONS Project - Final Conference

 

The DT4REGIONS Final Conference will be held in Brussels and online on 21-22 June 2023. The event will be held at Emilia-Romagna Region - Delegation to the EU (Rue Montoyer, 21).

The main objective of the event is to showcase the work done by the DT4REGIONS project over the last two years. The event will be an occasion to reinforce the DT4REGIONS community and to involve regions, cities and communities from across Europe, encouraging all of them to share their challenges and look for common solutions on the DT4REGIONS platform.

Urban Logistics Innovation Day spotlights the power of Digital Twins in sustainable urban freight

The Urban Logistics Innovation Day, scheduled for September 26, 2023, in Brussels, is set to address the challenges of decarbonizing urban freight transport and promoting sustainable urban logistics. With the increasing demand for e-commerce and business activities in cities, finding innovative solutions is crucial to meet efficiency targets and customers' expectations.

5G for Smart Communities Launch Event

This event will bring together interested stakeholders from mobile network operators, alternative operators, equipment manufacturers and public authorities, to share ideas and insights on ways to achieve Europe's Digital Decade targets for 2030.

Introducing Living-in.EU to regional authorities

 

Eurocities and ERRIN ICT Working group are co-organising an on-site meeting to introduce the Living-in.EU movement and its services to representatives of regional offices in Brussels.

This meeting will be held on Monday 15 May, 16:00-18:00 at ERRIN premises, 3 rue du Luxembourg (8th Floor). Presentations will be followed by a networking drink.

OASC: General Assembly — Brussels, 14 June 2023



We are pleased to announce that OASC’s general assembly meeting will take place on Wednesday 14 June 2023 in Brussels, alongside the Brussels Urban Summit.

It will feature engaging panel discussions & workshops on our Minimal Interoperability Mechanisms (MIMs) and other smart city projects. We foresee networking opportunities, our official statutory meeting for the OASC members and a presentation on OASC’s achievements and plans for the future.
